I specialise in the operational and commercial management of heritage, landscape and environmental assets and also strategic communications. My previous employers include the National Trust, the Royal Air Force Museum and the Environment Agency.
I was General Manager at Cliveden for over 6 years, transforming that property into one of the National Trust’s busiest pay-for-entry visitor attractions. As the Assistant Director at RAF Museum Hendon I oversaw major cultural and process changes that helped to enhance customer service, the visitor experience, commercial performance and operational resilience. I have also worked as a Regional External Relations Manager for the Environment Agency and served as the Training and Communications Manager for a Defra-sponsored national agricultural advisory scheme.
Like Angela, I enjoy active outdoor pursuits, but I also have a passion for music, history and aviation heritage.
